Repeat prescriptions
We do not accept repeat prescription requests by telephone. This is because
there can be errors made due to misunderstood instructions. Please use the slip
provided at the surgery or make the request in writing.
"Online" requests
We can now take your requests for repeat prescriptions online. To do this
we will need to allocate to you a code number (PIN) which is your computer record
number. This is for security reasons so that no one else can order drug under
your name. Please attend the reception and tell them that you wish to be able to
ask for repeats via e-mail. They will then give you your code number personally.

FAX requests

When ordering by fax, please type out the names of the drugs and strength/doses that you require.
It will still take about 48 hours to process your request.
