Charges for services
Most of your contact with the practice will be
under the provisions of the NHS. This means that you are not charged for
consultations, most treatment, referrals to hospital and panel notes.
The NHS does not cover a number of other
services. That means that the time needed to undertake those task is not paid
for by the NHS. We are however happy to provide these for a fee. These fees are
based on BMA recommended rates (Updated May 2008) .
Simple private certificates/sick notes and

Please note that unless the doctor needs to examine you these forms will not be
filled in during normal surgery time. Please do not ask a doctor to fill them in
during normal surgery hours. Leave them at reception and call back a week later.
