48 Hour access to a doctor
The practice is committed to working toward 48 hour access (2 working days)
to a doctor. We will try and fit in your request for an appointment with a day
or two. It may not be possible to guarantee which Dr you will see however as
sometimes the doctor who you wish to see might not be present.
Appointment availability more than 48 Hours ahead for a doctor
The practice is committed to allowing patients the ability to book appointments more than 48 hours ahead. If you wish to book to see a doctor of your choice and are happy to wait a little while this can be arranged.
Using Email to contact the Surgery
We are happy for you to contact us by email to ask about appointment
availability. However do not use this method to ask for an urgent appointment or
homevisit as it maybe the next day before you get a reply. You should be careful
about discussing confidential information in an e-mail.
The practice will not discuss any confidential information in emails back to
you because of confidentiality issues.
